POS Software abruptly working slow

I buy a POS Software from cashofy for my restaurant business. I applied for 1 year subscription and the software worked very well. Then i took service for 3 more years. Worked well for 2 years but on the last year. My software abruptly become very slow. The machine got freeze many of time in a times. After complaining the cashofy about the issue. They came to my restaurant and fix the issue again. They also provide me 3 months free subscription for this inconvenience. i'm happy with their services.
