False Advertising
I9295 AC Home/Wall Charger: Advertised to work with Samsung Galaxy S4Active. My phone didn't recognize the first charger that was sent. The company sent me another one, on warranty. My phone recognized it, but actually lost charge when it was plugged in. Left the phone off and plugged in all night, and it still wasn't charged the next day. Company expects me to pay shipping to return these defective/falsely advertised products. Ridiculous. Even though this product is cheap (I paid more in shipping cost than the product itself), it was a frustrating waste of time. Don't bother with it, at least for the Samsung Galaxy S4Active.

Do not buy anything from CellularOutfitter. I ordered an LG revere AC home/wall charger for $2.99. When I got the bill I was charged
$5.99 shipping so I called the company. I told them that there ad said "FREE SHIPPING" the lady said that she would have to
check on it, she put me on hold when she came back on line she said " we don't do free shipping. The only thing they could do is
give a store credit.

Deceptive Product Descriptions
This company is a joke. I ordered a wallet that stated it was for a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The wallet I received did not fit a Note 5. When I emailed them I got some garbage answer which showed some drop down menu with a bunch of different phones. They did agree to send me the correct one, they sent me the same one! They would not return my money so I just ordered ear buds. The product on their website shows reviews are 4.8 out of 5, that is not possible. In addition I wrote a scathing review which has yet to appear.

CRAP unusable product, NO Customer Service Agent to speaker with.
RIP OFF and not worth sending back to spend good money after bad.
Would love to see a class action suit against this so called company!

I wish I had checked this sight before I made my purchase
On 1/21/18 I purchased 4 cellphone covers from Cellular Outfitter, my "shopping bag" showed me my items and total cost of the items, there was no charge listed for shipping. I was then prompted to add my demographic and credit card information, and finalize my purchase; there were no charges on the screen. I was then asked to complete a brief survey, I gave them a positive review. It was't until I received my confirmation e-mail that I saw they had charged me an $11.96 shipping fee. If this isn't illegal it certainly is unethical and amoral. This is my 1st and last purchase with Cellular Outfitter, very disgusted.

Wholesale Price Scam
This company is a scam they offer discounts then inflate shipping costs to get the money back. No surprise its in California the state where the government is corrupt including non profits and companies false advertise. Be careful buying from California you will pay higher costs for everything including taxes. Im near irvine i could just walk in and buy it but they dont give local pickup service options. Dont buy from California vendors.

STAY CLEAR, CLEAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
It took 5 emails before these crooks would even acknowledge my request. I wanted to know when my order would ship as they said they were moving and needed time to ship out the orders. it took 3 weeks, then when it came it was incomplete! telling me one item was on back order and that I would receive a $10 gift credit and $13.95 back in shipping for the inconvenience.
I emailed them again stating I had not received either of those promises and I have not heard a word from them about my issue.
They do no have a customer service phone number and they are very bad in replying., so you really cannot get a hold of them. Besides all of this their products are cheap.
Beware what you pay for. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY

do not order from this place
Do not order from this place. I requested regular free shipping, they charged me for express shipping. I ordered a case for my older J7 phone, they charged express shipping 7.98, I called them immediately and they had a recorded message, "leave a message." They never answered the phone in subsequent days. PLUS, this was 12 (TWELVE) days ago and to this moment I have not received the items I ordered via "express shipping."
