Not Good Business
I ordered my merchandise on 2/11/2016. It wasn't shipped until 2/16/2016 and only after I called the company to complain about the fact that I'd not seen an update to my order status since 2/11/2016. The phone didn't ship until 2/17/2016 and then I found out today that it was delivered to a post office that is hours away from where I actually live. Now the policy is that if an order has not been received within 4 to 10 days, one should call them and let them know. Well, I might have gotten my merchandise on time had they taken the time to ship it to the correct address.
It's very difficult to get through to someone on the phone. They take days to respond to email inquiries. I must say that I'll never do business with this company again.
I can only hope that what I ordered, is what I actually get.

Fraud...Don't buy from them
Free shipping isn't free. I purchased cell phone screen protectors and the "FREE" Shipping cost as much as the screen protectors...which, by the way could not be applied without air bubbles. You can get the same or better at your local WalMart.

Stay Away, Buy Elsewhere
This company is a total rip off. Total was higher then quoted and shipping was added after check out when they stated free shipped. What was worst was that they shipped the wrong cell phone case; I tried to contact customer service via email (no telephone number to be found) their response emails always said looking into the matter bur never got the refund even after I sent back the incorrect case. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Big time scam
I also fell for the official-sounding website. They doubled up my order and i couldn't find a way to reduce the quantity back down from 2 to 1. Then I moved forward just to see what the total would be for both plus shipping. Instead of giving me a total, they placed the order, and then finally showed me the shipping cost, which was far more than the items. I immediately tried to cancel, but they responded by saying they would reduce the shipping cost instead. Then they started ignoring my requests to cancel until they'd had a chance to ship it. Then they wrote back (at 1 in the morning! Wtf?) that they looked into it, and they can't cancel the order because it's already shipped. I'm still trying to figure out how to get my money back on principle (they say they won't refund shipping costs), but in the meantime, I hope you all do more research than I did before you buy anything online!
