Ambush shipping charges

When I pressed order now, there was no shipping charge showing but when I received the billing notification from pay pal, there was a shipping charge of $7.98 showing. I did not agree to this shipping charge. I was expecting the normal delivery with free shipping. If I had known of the shipping charge, I would not have ordered from them.
I wish I had read comments before I ordered. It looks like this is normal deceptive ordering information. Maybe if we all complained to the BBB they could help shut them down. Headed to look for BBB listing and complaint now.
