Have ignored my return request for months

I ordered a case from them a couple years ago and had no issues whatsoever. A few months ago, I decided to order a hard case specifically for my phone and it was faulty--it was too tight and when I put it on my phone, it compressed all the buttons at once and caused my phone to go into a strange mode--safety mode or something like that. I pried the case off and have tried to return it for a refund for a couple of months now. I heard from c/s once and they asked for the item number and info about my phone. I sent it and didn't hear back for weeks, despite sending numerous emails. She just ignored me. Finally, when I filled out a survey and explained my disappointment, ..I heard back and she said I had never sent her the info she needed. I re-sent it and here we go again...it's been weeks now and I keep emailing her and again, no response! These people are ridiculous!!! I don't know where to turn and I don't see a phone number to call. You can only email. I will never use them again and will bad mouth them whenever I can. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
