WORST experience of being ripped off!!!
The same situation as I read in past reviews. I didn't get a total until the order confirmation came to my email! I Never would have paid $9.97 for shipping on a $14.00 order. They stated on their site that the products I ordered would leave the warehouse that day. They Did Not!!! My order was sent from two separate warehouses according to my confirmation and it took 10 days to receive my screen protectors that Did Not fit!! Their phone system doesn't work so I emailed them. I was told I would receive a refund on part of my order and Did Not!! It seems as if there are enough dissatisfied customers here giving poor reviews and that have been ripped off by this company that I am going to look into filling a class action lawsuit. Despicable how they have ripped me off!!!!

THE ABSOLUTE PITS
NEVER NEVER NEVER buy or contact these people. They are the absolute pits. They lie, lie, lie. I ordered some cell phone batteries and was charged 15 minutes after the order. Then heard nothing but emails, emails emails for their products. After 4 days of not hearing from them, I sent a few emails to inquire when my batteries would be shipped. Silence, no replies. but the spam mail was coming on an hourly basis. I finally sent them an email that I am cancelling the order and advised the credit card company. I then received 10 emails stating that I could not cancel and would be charged and my order would take 4 to 10 business days to ship. I advised them that was unacceptable and the order is cancelled as far as I was concerned. 10 more emails telling me that my order will be shipped and can not cancel but can return it with a return number which they will give me. Ha Ha. After they found that my credit card company did not accept their charges, they rebilled under a 3rd party which I again advise my credit card company that this was cancelled. I have also tried to unsubscribe from their barrage of emails but all my emails were undelivered. It is now 3 weeks since the order and still no shipment, or reply. Just review all the complaints from the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Google, etc. Do yourself a favor and don't touch these people with a million foot pole

Can't contact
I have had two orders. The product came as described and in a timely manner. No problem there.
However, I have a question about the two products. I have tried for several days to contact them and have gotten no response. I have tried e-mail and several calls over the several days. I called customer support as well as sales. I always get a recorded message urging me to stay on the line or hit 2 for a call back. I am not certain that a call would ever call. At almost 16 minutes of wait, each time, I get a message that they cannot take the call and to call back during regular business hours. I have tried several times of day and no different results. I do not know how anyone could possibly return a defective product if they are unreachable.
