Scandal

I received an order in April that was damaged​. They emailed me in response of store credit when I ordered something​ I'll get credit for the damaged item plus extra. I made an order on June 5th and this also had a coupon on my email that was supposed to be deducted automatically when submitting order. But didn't turn out that way. I was charged full price. They sent me no email receipt with order number. The money was $49.54 was taken the moment I submitted. I've tried calling this company several times to cancel the order no person to talk to up to this day. Even emailed them still no response. Tried to cancel with my credit card. Last week I received a phone case no grip, NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THAT COMPANY AGAIN
