This place is a fraud! They robbed me!

Don't do business with this place! I purchased 3 cellphone cases online. 2 cases were for 2 Samsung phones and 1 case was for my Samsung Tablet. When the products came... one of the phone cases was fine. The second phone case, and the Tablet cases were for the wrong phones! After several attempts to call this place...finally a foreign speaking person took my call and we went over my order to send me the correct cases. So a few days later a second package arrives. When I opened the package, I see these assholes didn't send my Samsung phone case, but instead they sent 2 more Tablet cases that don't even fit my tablet! I was livid!!! Again I had to play the game of trying to talk to someone who speaks English, to find out how to return now 3 wrong sized Tablet cases for a refund. The guy tells me he will send me an email link to print off a RMA invoice to insert inside my return box. So it ended up costing me 12.00 in shipping at the post office to send this small box! What do you think happened next? About 10 days later I get a credit refund for only 2 cases! I clearly had 3 cases in my return box! Then I get an email confirmation that they have received my return for 2 phone cases, and my refund is on the way in about 7-10 bus days. I called that place again and told them there was clearly 3 phone cases in my return box !!!! Not 2!!! I never got a refund to this day for that 3rd case! The nightmare continues even more! Yesterday I logged into my to my bank acct and to my horror, my debit card was hacked from California....( Cellular Outfitters is in California! This mom and pop place has crooked people working in customer service! I got robbed of 183.00! Please don't do business with Cellular Outfitters! Their low cost phone cases ends up costing a whole lot more than you bargained for!
