I bought three cell phone cases for a total price of $57.00. I had to return all three due to their untruthful description. I was given a choice of refund minus the shipping (high) cost or an exchange at the full cost which I chose. I needed a phone case and I wouldn’t be out any money.....I was wrong. It has been six weeks since I received confirmation that they had gotten the returns and would be in touch. I haven’t received the items or a refund. You CANNOT reach them by phone. When you call the customer service number, the recording says they no longer accept customer calls and only do business by the internet. They have not replied to my many emails. I’m out $57.00 but I’m not losing it quietly.
