HORRIBLE COMPANY!

They sent the wrong items... I requested an RMA from their site, and got an online confirmation. Since then I cannot reach them... their site asks for registration of email. I did that a dozen times, and it keeps saying to check email for confirmation, and reset of password. I do that, and it continues to fail.

THEIR CHAT STINKS. IT IS AN ELECTRONIC PIECE OF GARBAGE THAT ONLY OPENS TICKETS, AND SENDS RESPONSES OF "HOW DID WE DO" WHEN THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.... I HAVE TRIED A DOZEN TIMES.


THE COMPANY IS UNREACHABLE. YOU CANNOT LOG ONTO THE SITE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT ACCEPT PASSWORD CHANGE, EVEN FROM THE LINK IT SENDS.

FOR THE PROMISED RETURN... IT SAYS 90 DAYS... I AM WELL WITHIN THAT (ONLY TWO WEEKS FROM RECEIPT).

The shipping time was ridiculous... over two weeks for in-stock items.

THE COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT.. THEIR RETURN POLICY DOESN'T EXIST. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANYTHING EXCEPT WITH ELECTRONIC EMAILS.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
