Have been trying to contact cellular outfitters for several weeks to return an incorrect battery for cell phone. After 8-10 emails to them, first trying their phone number, being on hold for 20 minutes only to be told to leave message and call would be returned; spent hours and at least 10 messages trying this and never a return call.

Don't waste your time with this company! If you need assistance you will never receive it--they aren't even reachable.
