Avoid slick marketing-poor quality goods

Ordered "protective rugged cell phone case" ..received substandard cheap plastic dollar store quality goods" cellular refused to cancel order ..their system doesn't recognize my order #for a return request...indicated shipping costs 9.99 when goods delivered required to pay additional 19.99 border costs..there policy indicates they don't ship outside of Canada..how Does that work...inflated shipping costs seems to be common complaint..phone does not accept external calls.. no chat..awaiting email on return. DO NOT ORDER from this company..if it sounds too good to be true it IS. Stick with Amazon
