I made an order 6/03/17 and they charged me more than I expected and they also did not send me e verything that I ordered I also wanted apink credit card holder that would also hold my phone I am not pleased with my order and I will not be doing any more business with cellular outfitter

This company is a SCAM. I looked up a cord for a ZTE Zfive 2lte cellphone. They were the only website that I could find it on.
I placed and Ordered by clicking on the Amount $9.98. Afterward, the receipt showed $17.98. they had added $8.00 after I placed the order for 4-10 day shipping. I called Paypal and found that they had already processed the amount, less than 5 minutes after I placed the order. They said that I would have to contact them first to cancel it. Of course there was no phone number that Paypal had on file for them. I have responded to the e-mail address listed on the receipt.
I am awaiting a reply.
I went online to research complaints and there are a ton of them, all with the same situation as mine.
Then I looked up different items for cell phones, and it didn't matter what I typed in for cellphones, they would be the listed website on about 90% of the searches, even if the item doesn't exist. They must be making millions scamming people.
there should be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them.
