Fraud

I bought a NEW Plantronics Legend 5200 Bluetooth. They sent me a used, not in original box, no manual, no ear tips, in a baggie broken device. When I emailed them, they said it was BULK PACKAGING which is not true. Even if it was true, it would void the manufactures warranty, and it would have had the parts, in a sealed plastic wrap. They refused to return the item at their expense. They want me to pay the shipping, and then they would inspect the item for a refund. Horrible customer service!
