Travelling abroad I bought a pair of Chanel shoes. The logo felt off after 2 times i used it! Took it to the brand new store they opened at Sao Paulo, Brasil. They told me maximum 3 months due spare parts arrival I would get my shoes done....

Chanel Perfume
I love Chanel perfume and I do not mind paying top dollar for things I love. I am however tired of being taken advantage of. I have been using Chanel for 30 years and have noticed that they are making their perfume, cologne, and body lotion progressively weaker and I am not comparing perfume to cologne-I know the difference. Their perfume isn't as strong as it use to be and their cologne is like water. I recently bought the body lotion and the smell lasted maybe 10 minutes.
Like I said, I don't mind paying any price for something I want but I refuse to be treated as though I am so ignorant that I wouldn't notice. I'd rather pay the same amount of money for a smaller bottle than pay for a bottle of alcohol! This is dishonest of you Chanel and I'll spend my money elsewhere.

chanel at bloor st. Toronto , has the worse customer service ever, compare to the other brands. please make sure to show them your money, or else they won't even smile or say hi to you. they will only keep chatting with the guard, and never give you a shit. I have been there few times, and never got a help from the sales rep. I will never go there no more. the manager should train the sales rep over again , since they have no knowledge how to become a good sales person!

chanel no 5 perfume
This has become a bit of a saga, I bought Chanel No5 eau de parfum on the 1st. Dec.2012 at Sydney Airport
I was on my way to stay with my daughter and her family in New Zealand
I had saved hard for my trip and for the treat of buying the perfume, the last bottle I had was for my birthday in Oct. 2011
You cannot believe how upset I was when I first used the perfume,firstly it did not smell at all like Chanel No 5,and the smell only lasted a few minutes. My daughter who has smelt Chanel on me and my cloths,for years ,was convinced I had been sold a fake. I put the perfume away as I was so angry I intended to go back to the duty free in Sydney on my way back home on the 29th Dec. 2012.
I could not afford to purchase any other perfume and my daughter very kindly bought me another cheaper perfume to tide me over.
I have used Chanel products for years and also have bought Chanel products for friends.I know how to store it and use it.
On my way back home from N.Z. I spoke to the Chanel rep. at Christchurch airport duty free, they tested it against their sample bottle,and,surprise, found it to be faulty,same thing,not the right smell and not holding the smell.
At Sydney airport duty free,the same test was done and I was given a new bottle, I left feeling very happy.
I arrived home and opened the perfume, wore it the next day as I had family arriving for the New Year holiday, and very upset the same thing again, I had thrown away the packaging thinking this could not happen twice.
I have unfortunatly been very ill since, but last weekend I took the perfume to my local Debenhams store, nobody could give me an address or phone no.The asistant was helful, she again tested it against a sample and said it was not right. My laptop has just come back from being fixed and I composed my first e mail to you, this would not send so I am trying again. I feel very angry to have a 50ml.of Chanel perfume I cannot use. I feel even more angry that a company I have trusted for many years has stock in a duty free that is either very old stock,a bad batch or fake. I hope I get some satisfactory result to this complaint as my faith in Chanel has gone. My Friends also purchase Chanel regularly and are also in doubt now, Thank you, for any help, Mrs. E Donaldson

I recently had a very bad shopping experience at Chanel fragrances and skincare LAX. After waiting to be served for quite some time, someone finally assisted me , well kind of.
After being told that not one not two but three items I wanted to purchase were not in stock, I stood there in shock.
What ! My favourite brand has empty shelves. This iconic company that I have supported with my hard earned dollars for many many years has just told me .... No Chanel for you!
So Im upset and disappointment and email Chanel customer service department advising that not only was there minimal customer service which is very odd from Chanel but three long standing major products were "out of stock".
The reply I received was in short "Thanks for contacting us, Chanel has limited supply.
What!..... this is the response to a long standing customer that wants to purchase your product but cant due to limited supply? When I see the same product available everywhere but the department im complainting about.
Anyway I email again letting Chanel know that im disappointed in there reply to my complaint, and I get..... nothing no response at all, lovely thanks Chanel, Coco would be proud, Not

Very disappointed. Searched high and low for a Beautiful smelling perfume, found Chanel Eu De Tendre, first few time bought was excellent smelling. Just last week, had to return twice because they have changed their ingredients and doesn't have same scent or last. Very disappointed. Time to search again :(

My husband bought me Chanel no 5 for Christmas very dissapointed as the smell doesn't last long at all , maybe 10mins , my friends can't even smell it , I took it back the day after christmas to Myers - cairns Qld , to see if I could exchange it they didn't want to hear about , I've had many of perfumes but this one I've never been able to afford so my husband put money away and got me it .. I have done some research and many people have said the same thing . I would appreicate if somthing could be done as I feel my husband thinks he has let me down but it's not him who has .

bad quality of chanel perfume !!
I love Chanel perfume & lipstick, although paying more than other brands.I'm had been using Chanel for 20 years !! Their perfume isn't as strong as it use to be and like water. I recently bought fews different type of the perfumes & really not lasted more than 2 hours !!
Like I said, I don't mind paying more for something I like, so disappointed even my friends and colleagues can't tell that I using chanel !!

Im using chanel compact powder for almost 3 years. But today when i went and bought new compact powder (le blanc whitening compact foundation) at Chanel in Isetan at KLCC KL, im not satisfied with the service from the staff there. I walked into the Chanel (beauty) and stood there almost 15 mins where i didnt received any greetings from the staff. The staff trying to look busy with checking all the receipts. They dont even bother me or trying to approach me, i think because im muslim (im saying this because new chinese customer just walk in after me and they directly say hye to her). After not being approached by them i myself go and asked them what i want by showing one of the lady my previous compact powder. She asked me to have a look first (but i already there for almost 15 mins right, i have much time already to look at all the products there) i straightly said i want to purchase the powder. Then she take what i want and we go to cashier together. At the cashier surprisingly after make the payment they just put my powder into lousy paperbag from Isetan. As far as i know everytime i purchased any products from Chanel i will received a Chanel paperbag. Even i did purchased at Parkson they also give me Chanel paperbag. This is about principal. If i only purchased your powder and get lousy paperbag i'd rather go and buy other powder's brand. Then she did asked me about my hp no but only asked me to write at the back of the receipt. Didnt they need to check and key in directly into their system? This time im not happy when I purchased your product. By the way the staff name is Janet

I purchased another bottle of Chanel Co Co from Macy's in Webster, TX. I won't purchase anymore Chanel ever. The perfume is being watered down and only last for about 1 hr. The company is ripping people off and the perfume is very expensive. This really makes me mad because companies are not honest anymore but want to have loyal customers. Get back to how it once was before the younger generation took over. Please stick with the value of what the founders laid before you and keep the legacy going of creating beautiful perfume that last for hours. People don't even know I have on perfume anymore because your company is watering it down now. Shame on you Chanel. $`145 for water. Yes I am upset

Terrible Service
Have stopped using Chanel as staff in concessions cant be bothered to serve customers. Concessions usually deserted and staff on other counters inform that concession staff are on break" come back later". Really? just want to give them some of my hard earned money! Anyway I come back later only to find counter still deserted. Today I tried to buy something for a friend. Counter was manned(for a change) however she did not want to serve me and was totally dismissive. (Too busy playing with makeup) finally forced her to serve me but still not sure if I have the correct thing as I was asking for foundation in beige 30 and was given Cendre 30 which I was assured was "French for beige"( well not as far as I know) I had already decided not to use Chanel myself but now will be persuading friends for join me. I'm afraid you have become TOO BIG FOR YOUR BOOTS! It cant last.

Chanel No 5 should be Chanel no 0 RIP OFF!!
DISAPPOINTING!!! I have been a Chanel No 5 user for the past 20 years and like many other women need to save up for this "special" treat perfume. At first I thought the online supplier Strawberry Net.com may have been selling and inferior quality Chanel No 5 but I realise this was not correct as I purchased a atomizer pack of 3 purse size bottles duty free at Sydney airport and found the Chanel No 5 parfum, which I paid almost $A200 was not the same perfume I had purchased in the past. The fragrance is very light and disappears before you leave the house. Even the cheap perfumes from the local chemist store lingers longer than that. I would like to see Chanel try and restore the quality of this much loved product and compensate their customers for their disillusionment with the company and the product which has been a much loved favoutite

THE TESTER I TESTED TWICE IN NOT THE SAME AS THE PARFUME I BOUGHT.
TESTER...... LASTED THE HOLE DAY......
THE PARFUME I BOUGHT......NOT EVEN 10MIN
I FEEL UNHAPPY AND RIPPED OF.......
