awful company
The owner for Chizek transport is the worst. He (Mike) will deny any and all work comp. He will make sure that you do not put any workmans comp issues on his insurance. He makes you put it on your own insurance. He will come and threaten you until you stop any workmans comp claims.

Avoid this company like the plague. You as a driver will get treated poorly, there are few drivers who have been there long.
You will never get home when you ask. Even when you have things set up. The owner treats everyone poorly. You are held accountable to pay for damaged product on your trailers. The owner also has you pay for damages done to his truck.
Do not get hurt while on the job he wont allow it to go under his workmans comp. He will come to your hospital room and make sure that you put it under your health insurance. The health insurance offered thru his company is awful, it doesnt pay for anything.
STAY AWAY. Its not worth the headaches.
