Cleanliness and Sanitation

I'm so busted last February 04 Saturday at sm north edsa., we happen to dine there., as dinners after eating, we went to use the common comfort room., yet towards me it did not give me any comfort at all!! the comfort rooms are disgusting!! it got pees on the floor, shoe marks towards the toilet seat and it smells awful too., yet we still need to pee because its the only restroom that is available because the Que is more shorter., on our way out i directly slip on the messy wet floor because i happen to avoid the little boy on my way., yet the high chairs is blocking the other way., is it right to pile the high chairs near towards the restroom entrance? knowing that people are having their lines there., one that most disappoints me is that crews on duty even the manager on duty (NOEL) did not even approach us., seeing me on the floor!!! they did not give any assistance towards us., i still have my bruises with me., thanks MANAGER NOEL of CHOWKING NORTH EDSA for maintaining your store so SAFE and so CLEAN for customers., thank you.,

"No serving of coffee after 9am at Chowking?"

I usually go to dine in the morning at this specific branch of Chowking in Pasay. But this is the first time I experienced not being served with coffee because it's already past 9am?! I ordered Wanton Mami with Siopao and Coke and I said to the cashier named ARA that I would like to change Coke to a cup of coffee. And she immediately and definitely answered me, " Hindi na kami nagseserve ng coffee". And I said, "Kahit i-upgrade mo na lang yung Coke to coffee". And she still insisted that they don't serve coffee because it is until 9 am only! So, I kept quiet for awhile while she's finishing my order. And then I asked her again, "Lahat ba ng Chowking branches eh hanggang 9 am na lang ang service ng coffee?" She didn't answer but the manager who was behind her noticed us and asked her what about. She was explaining to him and the manager named NALD asked everybody why nobody brewed some coffee. Now that was the only time this ARA talked to me again and asked me to wait to change the order but I would rather say no because it is really dismaying and really disappointed. Another thing was it was the first time, even from other Chowking restos, I have given wanton mami with a lot of small black dots on the wanton itself. I did not eat it. I don't know if it was coincidence or what but I was really upset with the service. I only ate the siopao and sipped some of Coke. I talked to NALD, the manager, and told him about everything. I told him that i didn't like what I saw when somebody had a cup of coffee after what ARA have told me, and also about the wanton mami. I am really disappointed because I know the kind of business they are doing and that is what I do for a living, too. Laziness has no space for this kind of industry. And you don't have to say any indefinite things about one's business/product/promo especially if you are not sure about it. I hope this will serve as an eye-opener to everybody working at Chowking. Not everybody is like ARA, i know, that is why I patronize the Chinese dishes/products that they are offering to all Filipinos.

veeeeery slow service

hi, am owner of lot being leased by jolibee(their service is brisk like mcDonalds) anyway decided to eat at chowking adjacent to try
their food and service since they were supposed to have improved after being closed for awhile, well no improvement. Food took

Rude Employee

A certain person name Cess was the cashier jan 30, 2013. Chowking SM Olongapo do you entertain rude behavior of your staff???frowning towards guests??And not attentive to guests request? i don't know if she had problems or anything that's bothering her. But if you are working better leave it is some other place, rude people like her should not working in a hospitality industry. Hope some disciplinary action will be given

irresponsible!!!!

Me and my friend went to chowking to have a lunch.I ordered a lunch worth Php99 for myself. we were there at 11:50am. i was wondering why the customers who came after us were able to receive their orders earlier. when 30mins have already passed, i called a crew to follow up my order. After sometime, i called another one, then another one... my friend was done eating while i haven't had my food yet... i went to the counter to follow up my order. then i told them that i will just get back my money. it took them at least 10 mins to get my money back. when a girl crew approached me to give back my money, she gave me 100 peso bill and said "pahingi na lang daw po ng 1 peso". of course i gave her the coin and she just turn her back from me!!! that was really rude!!!!!!!! no one even said SORRY!!!! I guessed the word SORRY is not known to them. I WAITED FOR MY ORDER FOR AN HOUR AND ALL I GOT IS A RUDE, POOR SERVICE! this is the most awful customer treatment i've ever had.

inproper attitude of staff

We came at this branch chowking dimasalang around 9am today. Went in line to this counter. I first noticed the counter on duty "SARAH" was not in the mood. She did not even smile to us when our turn came. When im ordering she is not focusing on what im saying! wla syang eye to eye contact together with her customers. ako pa nagparepeat skania ng order kc pamali mali ung mga order ko sa mga sinasbi nia. While she is preparing our drinks nakikipagbulungan at nakikipagtawanan sya sa ibang staff. How come na hindi nia kayang makitungo ng maayos sa mga guest pero kaya niang makipagtawnaan habang nakatalikod. anong klaseng customer service ho ba meron kayo? hindi po kc once lang to nangyari pero twice na with the same counter person din.

Unruly, inconsiderate and unsanitary crew

We entered the establishment at about past 10 o’clock pm, ordered and noticed that all dining tables were currently occupied at that point so we decided to head for the second floor. The passageway has no noticeable signs whatsoever thus making the area open for costumers. As we are waiting for our food to be served, we already noticed that a bunch of crew staff (on duty or not) were at a certain area playing video games on their mobile gadgets. They were loud but still tolerable. After a while, the food was served and we started eating. Then, the crew members who were playing started to shout and even swear aloud multiple times that we got really uneasy while dining. I decided to go downstairs to speaks to the manager regarding this so it would somehow be handled properly and to avoid any unnecessary confrontations. While I was downstairs, my companion caught their attention and ask them to lessen the noise. We did not notice anyone alerting these guys regarding their unruly behavior. As we continue to eat, the shouting and swearing still continued for quite a while. Then, while in the dining area, one of them even applied perfume or body spray in an exaggerated manner towards his whole body. The strong scent easily reached our side of the floor ruining our appetite. My companion and I were discussing whether or not to directly confront that staff because we felt that his actions already seemed deliberate. We noticed that the same employee went downstairs and came back running with overly heavy footsteps while being really noisy. We really got ticked off at this point due to his apparent intentional and blatant actions. We confronted him and firmly pointed out our concerns with them. A few of the staff apologized (not him) and we went downstairs, not finishing our meal, to talk with the manager for the last time. Our dinner was really disappointing and easily one of the worst eating experience we have ever had.
