Fraud
Never ever work with this person! She doesn't care about earned money and blames her workers that she wasn't able to save money or spend it properly! She spends all earned money on things like new car for herself and then cause a lot of problems for people who are around.

she's a thief
She has been caught on a fraud many times now and is undergoing a psychiatric examination. She spreads rumors and blames everyone, stay away from her, she made $900,000 per 1 (!) year with her fraudulent actions!

Irene Bromberg aka Irene Tsatskin
Irene Bromberg is perjuring herself on the internet speaking about me.
I have had a clean record all my life until I made the error of agreeing to work with her
husband Vadim Tsatskin who promised me the deal he had registered a company for
in 2006 as a sole proprietarship.
Now I am vigorously working to clear my name.
I have never had a problem before.
Her statement that I have been caught in a number of frauds is pure perjury.
Her husband lied to me about the drilling programs, lied to me about the proper
filings with securities commissions although it was deemed to be an exempt
security, filings were still required. I kept pushing for this and was finally
advised by Vadim Tsatskin that it was done. I asked for proof and he
told me not to ask him again, it was done. And it was never done.
In addition he told me and everyone else working for him that the wells had
a potential of 40-100 barrels a day. They all turned out to be wells producing
10-20 barrels a day.
Vadim Tsatskin lied about everything and I only repeated what he had said
until I was able to discern it was all fabrication and had no basis of truth.
I worked for a period of time and then when I discovered it was an all out
sham and scam I went to the Toronto Police and gave them a full report.
I was so abused, bullied, mobbed and terrorized by Vadim Tsatskin, Gino
Kaplun, Mark Grinshpun I developed severe PTSD. I have never had
any psychiatric problem in my life before. It was as a direct effect of
the bullying and terrorized I had to endure to try and keep the boat
afloat and legal.
Irene Bromberg also states a vastly exagerrated figure of my earnings.
Again perjury.
It is her husband who has been caught in the last 5 to 6 years with
fraudulent companies which have been closed down by the OSC.

and one more company closed down was New York Capital Corporation.
The only place I have an outstanding problem with is Global Energy Group
as Vadim Tsatskin perjured himself in a deposition to the Ontario Securities
Commission.
I have made a public apology to all the people who invested in Vadim Tsatskin's
company, Global Energy Group. I stated information to people who became
partners in the drilling programs which I believed was the truth which I had
been given by Vadim Tsatskin until I found out it was one big lie and went
to the police.

The earnings stated are vastly exaggerated and not the truth.
I have had a clear record all my life and only have some issues currently because of her husband, Vadim Tsatskin aka Victor
NorStar giving me false facts.
When I found out he was giving me false facts I went to the Toronto Police and reported the matter. I did not want any part
whatsoever of reporting false facts of any nature whatsoever.

fraudulent unprofessional people
They are scams! They offers to people psychiatric help, but they both are unprofessional and very angry people! During their seance they just show that they are smarter and better than you and they never give you money back if you are unsatisfied with their services!
Never ever use their services, keep your money in your pockets and safe your health!

Fraudulent Statements by Irene Bromberg, aka Irene Tsastskin, aka Irene NorStar
All the statements made by this woman, the wife of Vadim Tsatskin are fraudulent, pure perjury and slanderous.
I agreed to work with her husband on the basis his Global Energy Group was a real deal and not some kind of scam.
When I found out it was a total scam and sham I went to the police and reported him as well as other Russians
working with him including Gino Kaplun, Mark Grinshpun and Michael Schaumer.
I am bankrupt and was so severely abused by these men that my life is a total challenge as I have not made
any money since 2008 as I am mentally unstable to the severe abuse from these men.
I hereby state that this is the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

There is no truth to what this mentally ill person is stating. She did make $900,000 throughout working and managing Global. She is not an innocent bystander. She should be in jail. She complains of being abused, well there were a lot of people working and nobody complained of being abused by Victor/Vadim Tsatskin, just her. We find it very interesting since OSC charged her with Fraud and she is playing or actually is mentally unstable. We think she using this to avoid any persecution by OSC.
Whatever she stating and posting over Internet is just a cheap ploy to avoid OSC and ruin reputation of people that has not done anything to her.

I have come back from severe PTSD with help of health professionals. I still suffer from Bi Polar Disorder which I have to control which is severely frightening. I was paid only 25% of the funds promised contractually by the master mind thief Vadim Tsastskin.
And for this last posting if it is Michael Schaumer who became the side kick of Vadim Tsatskin he is no better. And the 900,000 figure people like to bandy around has no truth. I was totally set up and betrayed by Vadim Tsatskin. I never suffered from any mental condition in my life until I suffered totally unbearable trauma at the hands of the Russians and Michael Schaumer
