Dosent pay you blames you for everything
I do not see how you see this as I did not get to finish my spins because as you can see in the video and the pictures that is was stuck and also that the error was on YOUR side. So there is no trouble shooting on MY side it was your error on your side and all your explanation about not being able to see what happens on the other side sounds like something that only you can control which is does not fair also. I had 52.50 on the machine when it messed up plus the spin that got stuck which was credited after I finally had to shut it down WITHOUT getting my free wild spins and my 8 other spins I even went into the log and looked at it and it did not show any free spins taken at the time frame. So what you are telling me is a lie because you can say that I received the free spins because it plainly shows in all the pictures and videos that they were not taken because after the error message and I tried for over 20 minutes to get it to spin I had to go out of the game and when I come back into the game I had to start all over with none of the spins being used that was rightfully mine I have other pictures to proof this also. This is not fair that you can not credit me my free spins which in total was 11 three with wild in the middle. This machine was hitting really good and it was like someone knew it and stopped it. I wish to talk to someone else higher up in management about this matter asap. I have evidence that shows everything that I have claimed is true. I have talked to some others that this has happen to also but they had no proof. I am giving you one more chance to take care of this matter in a fair way or I will have to take other action. I even went and played a little after this happen to see if you had or would credit my account but you had not.
Darlene Riggins Well you say that but you still did not give me my free spins and that is not treating people right and no matter what you say the proof is in the pictures and the video and I will be taking this to someone who can help me with this matter or at least show that you are not treating people fair with your so called on line casino. Also if what I was saying was not true you would not be trying to delete and call my messages spam and you would try to straighten it out. So maybe the the casino board or better business bureau can help me. I will continue with this until I am treated fair. It is not right I have gambled on lots of sights and on in person casinos and no other ones have I ever had this problem.

They cheated the players and they don’t play fair
Base on my experience I thought chumba is a good online casino but I find out that they steal your money.Ive been playing for few months now I noticed the slot machine stumble and I end up losing money.I mean I know what gamble is but losing money for 5 months now??and it’s so obvious that they do this on purposed.we played chumba because we hoping to win but not always losing money.they not fair honestly!!!they cheated us!!

Scam
After inning $6000, you guessed it. I submitted all documentation and still never received the payout. PayPal is no longer accepting payments through them, one would assume too many complaints. I have contacted my State Atty General, Fair Trade Commisson and FB
I would encourage all that have had the same issues to do the same. We are powerful in numbers!

I've been playing with Chumba online for about 2 years now. Even though this is entertainment, the winnings and payouts are very small compared to what you have put in. Since they changed their PayPal payout method, the winnings have been horrible. I have cashed out a few small wins with no problems. However, WINNING ANYTHING OF SUBSTANCE IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I've played on different days at different times - morning, afternoon, evening - putting in $50 or $100. After reviewing my history, I realize that it is NOT POSSIBLE TO WIN. For each game, I have played more than I can possibly win. It will give you a few small wins but then it takes it all back. Since the minimum payout is $100, it is even more difficult to even reach $100. If you do, you are just winning your money back. TAKE IT AND RUN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE CASINO. IT IS A RIP-OFF. It's better to save your money and take a trip to an actual casino or do something else.
