Doesnt want to pay winnings

I won $100 and when I submitted my verification documents they did not accept my Td Bank monthly statement as proof of address. Why, they never say. Then I sent in my Sprint cell phone bill. They say they can not send my winnings because the first letter of my name is misspelled, Asaias instead of Isaias.
First that's just plain stupid. Second of all, they claim the money will deposited back into my PayPal account. Thus, then their is no need to know my address. Anyone can send money to my PayPal account without having to know my address.
From reading some of the reviews, everyone is having the same issue.
One more thing, dont put money into it because you won't be able to cash out unless you win over $100. And after that their will be issued cashing out.
