Horrible Experience

We thought the award for worst customer service ever went to TWC, we were wrong. Turns out the worst is Cincinnati Bell, hands down. Our bill was never the same twice; each month I had to call and argue to get it right. If my time is worth anything they probably owe me money for the time spent on the phone with representatives who thought talking louder than me made them right. The HD channels were nowhere near the expected quality. The high speed internet was good when it wasn't down. I work from home, unreliable internet is not acceptable. The final straw...the cable went out on Super Bowl Sunday. They refused to send anybody out until Monday and that turned out to be almost noon and I had to make up the missed work time.
The only bright spots were the installation and repair tech's and the agent we returned our equipment to in their store. Cancelation was the easiest transaction in the whole horrible experience. Spectrum/TWC, welcome back!
