Hidden fees
Beware that when your Fioptics is installed they will provide a router which you probably don't nee if you already have a router. they will charge you $7.99 monthly FOREVER for this add-on. With minimal technical help you can use your present router to connect. In my case I just had to change my MAC address in my router app. That's alomost $100 a year, every year, for a $35 device.
