Horrible...run away, far away

If there is anything you take from this review it needs to be run the other direction. If you like cable, if you like to watch anything but gray screens PLEASE do not get Cincinnati bell. Not only is it hands down the worst cable provider I have ever dealt with the services are almost as horrible. I would venture to say they might be just as bad. Not only do half of our channels show up but we have had two technicians reschedule due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. I am trying to prevent a headache for anyone that will listen due to the fact that my apartment requires Cincinnati bell, but trust me after a few short months even weeks, maybe days it will be enough to move from the most beautiful apartment.

Nothing goes right with their Fioptics

I am so fed up with Cincinnati Bell and their horrible Fioptics service. Just yesterday, there was another outage at my house. My internet, cable, and phone were out for 7 hours. Their service is beyond awful. This was the fourth outage in 3 months. I never had that kind of trouble with Time Warner Cable. Im switching back to TWC next week. When it is working, I still have ongoing issues with the picture freezing up and pixelating, the dvr boxes never record a whole show, picture quality on 720p channels is poor, and music choice stutters a lot. Then, they keep taking away good channels and never replace them or add new ones. They also keep increasing modem and cable rates. Their internet is quite unreliable to. It goes down just about every night. The internet is also very congested and overloaded and you never get the speeds you pay for. Whatever you do, go with another provider-you will have nothing but problems with Fioptics. Their customer service is a joke to-all overseas and very frustrating.
