Cincinnati bell I didn't recieve bill in mail called cincinnati bell back they said thay would send another bill in mail never did.so my cable got disconnected so I call them back I asked why Bill was so high the
Lady said you are charged up to 90 days if your cable is shut off I was going to make a payment that day didn't have enough money the last said I had to pay it in full so I said I would pay it next week so next week called to pay it she charged me another month when cable is shut off .she said they turned it over to a collection agency . I think that is wrong to do to people the last was rude.and I think cincinnati bell needs call centers in the united states and not over seas. Thanks cincinnati bell for shitty service and I will b reporting this to the better bussiness bureau
