Horrible accommodations and customer service

Horrible customer treatment, the Volta shoe of Cirque de Soleil was canceled twice, the last time very close to the start. No additional vouchers were given for breaking people’s pkans. When finally arriving to the show everything was additional price like the parking and all the drinks and foods . It was located all pretty much outside in the cold with absolutely no seating available.
Crazy how inconsiderate the shows customer service team can be. Hope I will never have to come to see them again
