I have been a fan of Cirque for decades and have seen dozens of shows. I most recently attended the Crystal performance and purchased a Cirque mug and a few other items. I just washed the mug for the first time and all of the design came off. On top of being overpriced in the first place, there is no warning on the mug that it is not dishwasher safe. The quality is not what I have come to expect from the Cirque brand. I am truly disappointed. I would like a refund and will glad send this back but the “contact us” option on their website takes you to the FAQ section and has no email that I can find.
