fraudulent service
I used their services for making visa but I just wasted my money. This company never provided services as promised, just took my payment and didn't make visa for me. I spend weeks in their customer support service center but I was unable to get my money back and to receive promised visa for my husband. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

must be shut down!
city visas - this is a complete scam! This company stole money from me when i tried to make a new visa using their services! They simply took payment for the paperwork, took all my private details and started to ignore all my mails and calls. This is absolutely dishonest and this company must be shut down!

how can you shut down a company that does not exist? the so call company is their resident were they leave. i received a call from them today 8-05-2013 regarding a form i fill on-line via there city visas site. Right now they said my credentials are up to date and i scored 72% which make me qualify to get a Canadian visa. they want me to pay £1500 so they can process everything for me. I notices it was a scam because nothing come so easy that way. She promise to call back on Friday to know when i will make payment. I will rather make her say something that i want to hear. Below is the Email she sent to me lol

Firstly I would like to congratulate you for scoring 72 on the federal skilled assessment, this allows you to be eligible to apply for this visa which is an achievement in itself.
Below is the information in relation to the federal skilled visa that you had requested from me. Please read this thoroughly and expect my call on Friday to discuss the next best steps.
The federal skilled workers visa is a permanent residency visa which allows you and your family to live and work in Canada for as long as you desire. This means that you are entitled to the health care, education and the welfare state. In addition to this if you wish to, after 3 years you can apply for Canadian citizenship which will entitle you to a Canadian passport and the right to vote in the country.
The Canadian Government does want to make sure that for the first year of living in Canada you are able to support yourself so they do ask to see proof of funds either in equity in property or land (here or overseas) or on a bank statement for at least 28 days.
As a company we provide you with a case workers to help you at all stages of the application process. They will fully complete the application for you.

immigration to canada
I applied for immigration to Canada city visas told me 6-9 months. I gave them all the information they asked for and a year later was told I need to do a trade assessment by sending form to Canada myself. I did this. Canada college to time replying but finally got my approval. City visas told me that they had no communication with me and shut my case and are now stating that they sent me emails which I didn't reply to. Lost my money and 2 years of immigration paperwork. STAY AWAY FROM CITY VISAS!!

Scammed by City Visas
This company is a scam! They spun a bunch of lies about the visa requirements, made me believe I was eligible to apply (Permanent Residency Visa / Federal Skilled Work Visa) and had scored fantastically high on the assessment. They then took £1,500 to start the application and handle everything on my behalf. This began with a consultation with a caseworker, who would give me "expert knowledge and guidance" on the visa process and in depth assessment. The call lasted 17 minutes and he couldn't answer any of my questions. This started alarm bells ringing, the email I received afterwards contained conflicting information to what I had been told over the phone and it turned out they had withheld a ton of information, which meant I couldn't actually apply!
I bought all of this to their attention and asked for a refund, as due to their negligence they allowed me to proceed when they should not have done. The refused, I laid out all the errors again and said they were clearly in breach of contract and if we could not agree I would have to take legal action - since then they have ceased all communications.
The main phone number on the website does not work and neither does the enquires@cityvisas.com email. They say they take complaints seriously and to email feedback@cityvisas.com - but they haven't responded to a single email that I have ever sent. Refunds@cityvisas.com also no longer respond to my emails.
Do not trust this company! Their website looks very professional and legit but they are not. Just Google "city visa scam" you will find loads of unhappy people.
I am currently going through legal action to try to get my money back. I have also already spoken to a debt collection agency, who have run a profile check and confirmed this company already have 6 CCJ against them - none of which have been paid.
If anyone else has experienced the same treatment and is owed money post a review and get in touch - do not let this company continue to cheap honest hardworking people out of their money!
