RE: JOHN AND MARIE – LOAN AGREEMENT # 2171147

We refer to your email dated 19 April 2017 accepting the resolution contained in our
letter of even date.
In accordance with the agreed resolution, we confirm that we have now cancelled the
loan agreement entered into by John and Marie-Frances Rene and further confirm they
have no future obligations under the loan agreement.
We note this now resolves and closes this matter.

We refer to your letter dated 19 April 2017 accepting the resolution contained in our letter of even
date.
In accordance with the agreed resolution, we advise that we have now cancelled John and Marie-
Frances’s Classic Escapes membership and confirm that no refund of any monies paid by them to
date will be issued; any tentative bookings made (if applicable) will be cancelled, all Bonus Points
issued will be void and all benefits of their membership (such as the Points & Play membership etc.)
will be cancelled. We also confirm that John and Marie-Frances have no future obligations under the
above Classic Escapes membership.
We note this now resolves and closes this matter.
