High Charges

Be aware of this company. They loop you into buying a identity protector download for almost $40.00 However this does not work. When you get the download you end up calling customer service and they tell you that you will need to pay $999.00 to fix the problem. Oh yes, they asked if I was a senior citizen and I am so they reduced it to $700.00

I need to hit social media with this complaint. I need to get a refund for the money I was charged. They also go by SYSTWEAK.

BEWARE of this ripoff.
