Cleverbridge and Cyberghost ripoffs!!!!
Cyberghost knocked out my browsers for a whole week! Had to do a system restore and unload all my programs prior to doing so.
Now I'm not getting what I paid for. Cyberghost will lock you out unless you pay up for a whole year. I had "Private Internet Access"
and should have never left.Don't mess with either of these clowns.

Fraudster Company
These guys are fraudsters. I ordered their product and paid for it. They never activated it. So I couldn't use. Fast forward one year and they tried to bill me again. I contacted them through email support. My email never went through because of "problems" on their end.
Stay away from these fraudsters.

Avira Internet Security Suite
On November 28 I purchased Avira Internet Security Suite and to date I have not been able to install. I have been charged for this product and have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact Avira for instructions. Because the invoice is in your name and it is to you that I paid the money I would appreciate some action. Reference number is 83456173.

Fraud for sure
I purchased service by a company that was an affiliate of Cleverbridge. The service was to go behind the scenes and clean my computer. The areas that we can not get to. No one ever contacted me I never received any thing so I assumed that the people were doing what they needed to do, though I realized that I had a lot of Trojans. About a 3 months ago I started receiving calls from this person that claimed that their company was going out of business and they needed to refund my money,to me along with the program that they put on my computer needed to be removed. After 3 months of harassment I finally said that we could remove the program. When they got on line they took control of my computer and said that they needed to put the money in my checking's account, I told them to just send a check they claimed that they could only return money buy the electronic process. Bottom line they were trying to get money from my checking's account. When they realized that they could not get the money out of my credit union they moved $2,000.00 from my daughters savings account to my checking's account and told me the $2,000.00 was theirs and that I needed to go to Western Union right then to return the money. I refused and told them that I would get my banker involved the next day and I hung up the phone. They pass word protected my computer and I had to go to Best Buy for them to unlock my computer. Even the next day they were calling to tell me that I had their $2,000. In reality we realized that they could not take the money from my account and that is why they moved the money so that it looked like the money was their money. Be ware!!!!!!!!

Avast activation codes
I purchased Avast Premier at a vey good price. When I attempted to use the Activation Code t kept saying expired. When I finally got some attention to this matter they all bet admitted they had sold me an expired product. When I agreed to accept a lesser product in lieu their Management told me I had been abusive and impatient so did not want my business. These Guys expect that we in Pacific Area should only deal with them in UK time. Be very careful when dealing with this Company they do not respond well to complaints takes forever.

BEWARE OF SCAMMER
I tried to purchase paid versions of winrar and utorrent. I was then billed by Clever Scammers Cleverbridge. I paid and never received any product that I could identify; I don't know how to pay for these worthy products, but this outfit appears to be one never to be trusted with your money. Run when you get any charge from them. Perhaps the real producers will fine a reliable system for purchase of their products.

Cyberlink
Today, 2/26/17, after purchasing Cyberlink Power Director Version 15 upgrade, I received a fraud alert from my bank (USAA) that UNAUTHORIZED use of my credit/debit card had been attempted. Fortunately, it did not go through.
The last place I used my card, before this morning, was on Friday, Feb 24th at a gas station at a Smith’s food around the corner from me that I use all the time.
Someone tried to use my card this morning at a Circle K store (store number 01678) in Charlotte, NC in the amount of $61.60. Fortunately, it was DECLINED. I happen to live in Las Vegas, NV so it would be rather difficult for me to try to use it the same day in North Carolina.
I trusted Cleverbridge, Inc to use my credit/debit card information in CONFIDENCE. However, it seems someone at Cleverbridge cannot be trusted. Attached, you’ll find a copy of my invoice.
I tried to call today, but I was about 20 minutes late and you were closed.

Scam - Do not Use AVAST or Cleverbridge
Cleverbridge and AVAST (software for antivirus and other "tools") are scamming the public. Their scam is:
1.They offer a free low performing version or a trial version of the software.
2. They incentivise the purchaser to buy a version of their software for "complete" protection.
3. After a year, they automatically charge you for the upgraded premium version of software without any authorization.
4. If you try to cancel for a refund, they state, "Your subscription of "Avast Premier" has been canceled. Please note that a cancelation (sic) stops future renewal charges, but does not result in a refund of your order.
Notify your Attorney's General. Both Cleverbridge and Avast deserve a class action lawsuit.
