Not happy... been charged for another year when I wanted to cancel didn't put it in writing damm it! Just thought I would look on here and see if this has happened to anyone else! Seems to be a lot worse! Didn't get any notice from the buggers! Just a renewal out of my account this morning! Keywords I have done with them have improved but not enough for me to pay out for another year, Completely forgot, they have only offered half back! Not Impressed!
BG very personal with you? if you have a problem there is a legal system in this country ?Running to trading standards when you suffer bad service with a Business 2 Business contract is a bit of a Joke (Don't mean to be rude)
Maybe you shouldn't be getting involved with national internet marketing companies because you have got to take the rough with the smooth, and there are more bad ones out there than good! its nothing new! when it does go wrong which in your case it clearly has you need better options available to your business than running to trading standards! which is where Mr joe Public will go when he is pissed off with his boiler service! its part of Business Pal get on with it and learn for next time! I too have experienced problems with this company, they also took money from my account unauthorised and now some three years later are threatening me with bailiffs for hosting costs, when I gave up in March 2010 of receiving a professional website and went with another company! Unbelievable! I also reported them back in December 2009 to Trading Standards unsure why they havent been shut down. Have solicitors involved now, perhaps you all should also file with the courts as you would all have a case of breach of contract and should be able to recover your costs in court, that would hurt them.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS, WEBDESIGN NO BETTER THAN A 5 YEAR OLD EFFORT!

GUYS IF THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE ACCOUNTS CALL YOUR CC COMPANY AND ASK THEM TO DISPUTE THAT CHARGE AS YOU DID NOT SIGN EITHER AGREED FOR THIS SERVICE...THEY HAVE NOT RIGHT LEGALLY TO DO THIS ALTHOUGH THEY SAY THEY HAVE (DO YOU TRUST THEM?) THEY TRIED MINE LUCKILY i HAVE CANCELLED MY CC BEFORE...THEY TRIED BAILIFFS AND ALL THAT...BUT IGNORE THEM...DO NOT SPEND MONEY IN SOLICITORS..JUST IGNORE..THEY HAVE GONE NOW... I JUST HAVE THEM AND SEE OTHER PEOPLE BEING AFFECTED! ANY ADVISE ASK ME!

I have known Mr Augusti and Mr Lacken for many years now and ashamed to say I once considered them as close friends.
They are con men stay clear of them, they both drive brand new BMW's paid by you lot!

Money Take Without Authorisation
Way back in 2010 we were contacted by Click Marketing to produce a website. Before we knew it they had taken money from our account without authorisation. Started court proceedings, got a CCJ against them -- they never bothered turning up to court after postponing once. They made an application to have the judgement set aside but this was rejected by the judge. They then appealed against the decision -- this was also rejected by the judge. At no time did they ever turn up for court. This company should be closed down by Trading Standards! It is just a con and anyone who is approached by them should avoid them like the plague! If anyone reading this has any useful information so that we may forward this to our High Court bailiff and private debt collection agency, please send us an email. WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL WE GET A RESULT OR THEY ARE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

Bad company
we have just being dealt with a blow today By Click Marketing as we also now have being threat end with Solicitors we have being trying to contact this company from October November & December 2012 to pay our monthly cost to them only 10 December we had a phone call from them stating the bill had gone up by £350 plus extra £350 admin charges which they are wanting well over £1000 our company has closed down because of lack of work through this company this company does need to be closed down quickly for those looking for a website for there business should tread carefully as we feel that all website company's must be checked out avoid this company like the plague if anybody can offer us any advise please email me back.
