Fraud Website

I ordered from club factory for around 2.5K(INR), I received the package after 4 weeks and package did not contain all the items.
I texted support center to resolved my issue as the bill inside the package listed all the items, but the actual package did not have all the items. Support center is asking me for the package weight, how can I send the weight of the package after its been unpacked and they are unable to respond anything. Please guys do not buy anything from this website as its a fraud website and the items are also of cheap quality and not up to the mark.
