Cheap quality and fake company
Search results: matching "I have purchased dresses from club factory value about 12k but I was make fool by this site which dresses they display in their site a single one's doesn't have same material. Material is really cheap. And when I request to return it they msg me u have to pay shipping charges and u only can send the product we dnt have any any courier company in India now my money is in venish plz I request u all dnt buy anything from their. They have only show good pictures and make product on order with cheapest and poor quality material."

Fraud beware!
Worse customer service.Club factory is not yet ready to accept return charge or replacement for the damaged item.complaint will be made in consumer court.

Refund fraud
Purchased some items through their app and paid by credit card. Material was returned by me and they issued a refund of $10.52.
Refund was showing in my account for couple of days, then it became zero. They say I have withdrawn this amount. But I was never asked and never given my bank account details to club factory, how can they claim that they have transferred the amount to me.
Whole system does not look logical. This way they are cheating customers with refund money.
