No replies for complaints, says to pay money for same items again and again

I had ordered 9 items on 6th may from Club Factory app worth 2282 rs paid via paytm , it shows only 8 items now and says 1 item unpaid and says to pay again 2282 rs. they just gave one mail for payment confirmation and since then there is no update. No where to track my order.No dilevery update
If this is a fraud app how can I get my money back? Please help.

Apprehensive about product delivery

It's been 25 days that I had placed a order under ref s03652330 I haven't heard anything about the delivery. Due to non availability of COD option upfront payment has already been made. I have my own doubts about this online purchase via club factory site.

Consumer code need to be contacted for such fake sites.
