worst Customer service experience
It was my first order from Club Factory, i have ordered for 8 products unfortunately i have got worst quality ones, but i tried to return the shipping charges are more than the clothes i purchased as due to another country shipping charges which is non refundable. I really had a worst experience with club factory, as the quality of the product is not compromising.

Not yet received my product
When I first opened the app..seeing the wonderful collection I couldn't resist and ordered products worth rs 3200..
But since then no updates no emails no msgs no proper tracking order facility.. Nothing
Chutiya bana diya pura ka pura..it's been more than 20 days not even a single product I have received..I need my money back. Guys be careful while ordering from any new online website..don't be like me..I am into trouble now ;-(
Can anyone let me know if there is any thing I can do about it..where to complain to get my money refunded?
