never recieved full order

Please dont use Club Factory. The quality of products (Jewellery) are rubbish and they never send the full order. I have now used them twice and both the times I have recieved incomplete order/ missing items. When I complained they were like go to a shop who has weighing scales and take a picture of it with and send it to us, although the weight of the package was printed on it but it was not good enough for them. ITS A SCAM. PLZ REFRAIN FROM USING THIS SITE. RUBBISH.

Fraud fraud fraud

I placed order with club factory online. They took money from my bank account but I never receive my parcel. Send so many messages on their app but it is useless and not helpful at all . Try to contact them but like them their phone number is fake. I don’t think that I will receive my parcel neither my money back. This company is full of fraud .. please please DONOT buy anything from club factory website/ app . 😡😡🤬
