Mobile cover return

I had ordered a Gionee M4 mobile cover from your company at price rate Rs274 . But I had received a cover which is bigger in size and do not fit to my Gionee M4 set. My order number is SO24568329. So now I feel myself disgusted and cheated by your company . I had complaint regarding this matter to your club chat room but their is no human response to me . So kindly return this product and provide me original Gionee M4 mobile cover or refund my money back to me .
