Worst site ever, cheaters

This is the worst site ever for shopping. They've been initiating my refund since 2 months and i haven't received a single penny. They are cheaters liers and greddy for money. Please don't shop here. They will not return you money. CHEATERS, LIERS,WORST SITE EVER.

Worst customer care employees

The delivery guy keep saying he will deliver within half an hour which was at 10:30am and he didn't turn up. I call again and again and he said half an hour. N it went till 4 pm again I call it says 15 mins. I call customer care to call and he said maam m busy now n he disconnect my call! The worst and uneducated people are working with club factory of Delhi.

Worst customer service

My package didn't deliver on time I call customer care and he said maam m busy and he disconnect my phone!!!! What kind of customers services employees talks like that I was in complete shock.. And I call another customer no and he didn't guide me well and before I finished talking he disconnect the call again and the delivery guy keep saying he will deliver after half an hour which I call him at 10:30 and his half an hour went till 3:46 pm,i call the delivery guy no again he said he will take 15 mins n till now he didn't m still waiting.i don't understand why club factory hier uneducated people who don't care.my worst experience with club factory customer care employees of Delhi.

Worst app

Its the worst app ever..i ordered a top in medium size and they sent an extra small and when i initiated the return, they held shipping charges for the same and they have yet not refunded my money till date its a fraud company no customer are.....worst app ever..will never recommend to anyone
