No refund and bad customer service

The nightmare of using this stupid app has not ended. No good customer service or help desk # to contact. No proper tracking system. No refund processed on time. No quick responss nothing will go good with your mood after u order your products only the nightmare starts.. it's been two months now I have been chasing for a refund they claim to have made a paytm refund. I have been asking just a simple clarification that to verify the # to which they have refunded. There are so many screenshot that even a microscope cannot help us. I have repeatedly requested not to send the screenshot but to type and clarify things.. pls friends do not even use this app. Pls delete and make sure u recommend none to use it. These ppl are looting money that's what I feel..pls be safe uninstall the app. I am waiting only for refund to be processed. Not sure how much money they might have looted such way.

Refund not done

This is the worst company I have never seen. I returned the product a month ago still I have not received my refund. And they doing the fraud activities. I called to cc number that is 9709861079 this person took my card number but I have not shared the CVV number but he is trying with some other CVV number due to which my card is blocked. Guys don't trust this company ever.
