Used cheap asphalt
I have paid $500.00 to Dennis Collins for putting asphalt near my garage. We signed an agreement, that if something would happen within two years, then he would come and fix it. After two days I drove down my car to my garage, and left it there for half an hour. Later on I saw that the wheels of the car sunk a little bit in to the asphalt. That was not suppose to happen. It meant that a very cheap asphalt had been used. I called Dennis, and he won’t answer the phone! I called from another cell, he picked up and then hung up!
