Horrible Service

I bought my son in law shoes for Christmas present. i ordered them on nov 17th. They didn't fit so I sent them back after Christmas and was told I have to take a store credit. I didn't tell them they were a Christmas present when I ordered them, and their policy is cash back in 35 days. There was no way I could have returned them in 35 days if they were a Christmas present. However, if I would have told them when I ordered them, they were a Christmas present they would have given back cash.Customer service was rude, didn't answer the phone, don't return e-mails...don't do business with these people...

Horrible Service

I bought my wife a pair of expensive Mephisto boots for her birthday in December. They arrived quickly enough but did not fit. I followed their directions for returning the merchandise the first week of January. I've called customer service several times, and have only been able to leave messages. I've emailed customer service several times and have never recieved a reply. Unfortunately, I paid with a debit card and have little recourse for getting a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Horrible Service

Boy does that sound familiar! It seems to be their protocol to ignore messages, and not to return phone calls. (even if you can get thru)
But if you do get to speak to a customer service person you will get no satisfaction or remedy. They like to give store credits and hope you forget about it or never use it because they expire in two years! I don't look for them to be in business long. Check out their status with BBB. Rating is and F...says is all

Horrible Service

Oh man, this store is a dive. I purchased a pair and they never arrived and never answered any emails. Currently in a PayPal dispute, so I hope I get my money back. This is quite simply FRAUD!

I'm shocked they are still online

I can't believe these fraudsters are still online. I ordered a pair and they didn't send for 5 weeks. They only sent the order because I filed a complaint with the BBB. I told them I want a refund so they sent the goods after that clearly just to make the money and prove me wrong. WHY NOT SEND MY SHOES OR REPLY TO ME FOR THE FIRST 5 WEEKS???
Don't order from Comfort Feet Shop, they will screw you!

No response from customer service

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service to exchange two pairs of shoes. I have tried multiple e-mails and calls to customer service. Nobody ever answers the calls- you are put on hold for a short time and then your call is dumped into their voicemail. There has been no response to e-mails or calls. I will NEVER order from Comfort Feet Shop again. Stick with Zappos, their customer service is awesome!

NO PRODUCT NO REFUND

I placed an order for a Christmas gift Nov 27. After not receiving anything (and making sure they still had them in stock online) I emailed customer service. They told me they sold out (haha, they still had them listed as in stock online) but that they would be back in stock (new shipment) on December 13. I said that was fine as long as I received them before Christmas. Well, december 13 came and went and nothing. I emailed again a few days before Christmas to which I was told, they were backed up at warehouse do to holiday but that the warehouse would be closed Thursday and Friday and my shipment would go out Monday or Tuesday (Christmas was Wed.). They said I would cancel or receive an additional discount (they already charged my credit card about a month ago when I ordered although they did not have the product or ship the product). I said it was too late to order elsewhere so I would take the additional discount. Well, haven't heard from them since. No email responses, no boots, no additional credit or ever a full refund for a product I haven't received! I can't get anyone to respond to the at least 6 emails I have sent since or the phone call I placed to customer service. I will be going to BBB next! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never had a problem with zappos! GO THERE!!!!!
