Stay away from Commerce Payment Systems
We have been with Commerce Payment Systems for more than a year and it has been a disaster. We lost over $4K because of them. Their fees are ust outrageous! They deduct extra 300-400 dollars each month. It seemed to be like some sort of protection money but we never got it back. Beware!

Billed for a closed account and bogus fees
This company billed me two months in a row for an account that I closed. When I called to complain about it they said that they would submit a request for a refund. I have yet to receive it and they had the nerve to bill me again the next month for the same closed account. The reps tell you you will get a refund at the end of the month. You check your account again at the end of the month and its not there. One rep even told me that when they think your account is closed they will take their time paying you back. I'm going to the BBB next.

Hidden fees and unannounced changes to your contract
This company tries to fool businesses by telling them that there is no charge if you have no transactions for the month before you sign up. After you sign, and you have not had any transactions for a particular month, they charge you a "no use" fee. They also will change your contract including extra fees. When you call up about these fees, they tell you that they mailed you a letter stating that they informed you about the change meanwhile you never received the letter. Then they will tell you that they will give you a refund at the end of the month and you never receive it.

BEWARE!!
Thank goodness for these reviews. i was fixin to get screwed myself. They are serious FRAUDS IE: They claim that they handle BBB's transactions ...TOTAL LIE! They claim they are accredited w/ the BBB another LIE! Easy to check..see BBB for this company..They have managed to amass an F rating..OUGHTTA BE A law.. DRTY ROTTEN b-----DS!

My money is been hold for almost 2months now.because their process is too complicate.they. require a lot of infomation that is not made any sence.and when i fax paper work to them, I took me 3days because they did not recieve it.even I faxed my paper work at Office depot ( reciept said fax is recieved).all those took me a month. And now im waiting for the new credit machine, because the machine they sent me at first not enough memory to download (this part makes sence).I have been waiting for 3weeks for the shipping. I spoke to the guy named David Field, he promised I was gonna recieve the machine in the second week, but that was not happened.after that I called ask for him and never get a chance to take to him
I already report BBB.
Stay away from this people.

Merchants Beware!
By far the worst merchant provider out there. Fees were never what was quoted, never recieved monthly statements. Canceled account and still kept charging monthly fees. In the process of submitting a claim to the Better Business Bureau. Should have looked at the BBB report before going with them. Also you will wait on hold for 30+ min to talk about anything regarding your account. Merchants BEWARE!!!

Stay Away!!!
This company is horrible to deal with. Stay away. We tried to cancel our processing with them in January. Starting in April, we began getting charged $99 inactivity fee. Charged $75 again in May and $74 again in June. They are impossible to deal with and very rude. I have never dealt with a company who's CUSTOMER SERVICE was so horrible.

Terrible services
I has a small bussiness, choosing Commerce payment
Was my biggest mistake.
I will cancel it now
Customers service so horrible!!!
My terminal did not working in more than 1 week, i call them at least 10 times, nobody show up to fix the terminal.
