Horrible experience
Theirs is a culture of intimidation, retaliation, accusations, threats and lies (tenants files are works of fiction and fabrication). I suffer from disabilities (known to management) which were not only not taken seriously by management but laughed at and made fun of. I and was sick constantly from being exposed to heavy duty chemicals on an ongoing basis. There were also serious issues with faulty equipment which was never maintained (rinsing off filters in heater/air conditioning units does NOT constitute maintenance). When there was an issue with any of their equipment, hearing their mantra "It is working correctly and the way it was designed to", even if NOTHING could have been further from the truth, does nothing to correct the problem. And being told you can no longer discuss the issue will effectively shut you up.
Leaving me without proper refrigeration for my food for 10 days when my fridge went bad and giving me the option to use a fridge in the downstairs community room is probably illegal.
I was not at all surprised when we heard that a manager in one of their facilities was shot and killed by a tenant several years ago.
