Worst Company ever
PLEASE READ THE EMAILS BELOW. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I WAS TRYING TO USE MY INSTORE CREDIT BECAUSE THEY ORIGINALLY OVERCHARGED ME AND SENT ME THE WRONG STOCKINGS. I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE. I WAS PROMISED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER. I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE SENDING JOBST ULTRASHEER OR RELIEF. MY INSTORE CREDIT WAS FOR $73.34. $50 EXTRA WAS ADDED TO MY CREDIT CARD. WHAT EXACTLY AM I GETTING: $60.00 WORTH OF RELIEF OR $120.00 OF ULTRASHEER??? HOW MANY TIMES CAN ONE COMPANY MESS UP A SIMPLE ORDER. THIS IS FURTHER PROOF OF LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
