Never deliver the product

I already know that a lot of people complain about this company, if only I knew this in advance. As well as many other people, I ordered a product from them and never got it. After asking for chargeback I received threatening/warning letter from Computechnologies about breaching the contract (which they never fulfilled). It’s unbelievable.
