bad customer service

Computer Trouble Shooters was robbed and my computer which has been on a repair was stolen. Their manager did nothing for me. He was very rude and said that there ware other computers stolen aswell but he can't help us and he refused me in a refund or recover. I tried to get something from him for about two months time but he just close the door in front of me.
