COMWAVE: BROKEN PROMISES
WHY YOU SHOULD NOT USE COMWAVE:
1) Sales will promise you one billing amount & then you
actually get billed 30 to 50$ more.
Their TV and print, and online ads offer 30 day free
trial: cancel any time NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
2) Customer service is lousy,
I have had to wait as much as 40 minutes for a tech
and then get pissed-off and hang-up! Their call back
feature doesn't seem to work. Someone was supposed to
call-back last night, and never did.
3 Their ads say free installation: only free-bee is Rogers: they
install their cable and the rest is up to you. I am
not a techy person and that became a real bitch.
4) Constant break downs:
I have been without TV since 3pm yesterday,
The internet is constantly going down, ergo:
NO FACEBOOK, ON-LNE SHOPPING, TV, OR PHONE (VOIP)
THIS IS CONSTANT IRRITATION!!!!
and presents a real danger to my health.
5) The 911 service you HAVE to pay 1.95$/mth is a private
service not your city service.
Imagine: having a medical emergency (I have a bad heart)
and the VOIP system for your phone is down because no
internet.
6) Got up this morning and still no TV-the MAC(?) address is now
not registered (was before this fiasco). Have to watch NETFLIX
for some amusement.
7) Going back to BELL. I get to keep all my services, get all new
equipment (4k???) for FREE = $153.45/mth (tax in)
The aholes at COMWAVE are now demanding 50$ to transfer
my phone # back to BELL. They can .... themselves & take me
court: I have recorded all of their promises and dates of ALL the
breakdowns & their UNKEPT PROMISES & LOUSY SERVICE.
DON'T BUY INTO COMWAVE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
