New account, sold as free installation and set up 30 day no obligation. Later found out 3 year contract! Tried to stop but was told to opt out had to change to monthly contract and pay $50 for set up and installation. I did hoping service would be acceptable. Was told they would take care of canceling former provider and I was not to call them. Later thought unusual not to hear from other provider, called to confirm cancelation. They were unaware and I was being billed. Reached out to Comwave (took 2 days after being left on hold for Hour twice and giving up. Finally got through after 45 min only to be told they needed a supervisor. 45 Min later gave up again. Finally through again next day after 45 min warning not to transfer anyway finally got supervisor to cancel service. Primarily for poor communications.
Summary $50 plus 1 month service down the drain. Be warned even if it goes smooth hope you never need to speak with someone.
