Wi Fi not working

Our internet went down, due to me using the wrong password to get in. I called Com Wave support and Hubert was very patient with me. ( I know very little about computers)
I had to connect my internet cable to my laptop. He guided me through the process and within 15 minutes I was up and running again. I am VERY pleased with this service. Thank you Hubert for your excellent guidance.
