RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!! This company does not stand behind any of there contract responsibilities. They offer 24hr rewind on any shows and ours never worked right from the start. Recordings froze and skipped and the time was off so any show you did watch you lost the last 5 minutes. We called and complained and were told every time. we will give you a discount, we are fixing this problem and will let you know as soon as it is fixed. Never fix the problem ( we did call several times not just once) now we are cancelling and no one remembers talking to us. Also they want to charge us over $400.00 to cancel. They did not give us anything they promised but we have to pay them to end the contract. This company is bogus do not get involved with them.
